The Institute provides three levels of Transformational Communication workshops.
- Each level is 24 hours long
- Courses are provided in a group setting
- Learning is experiential and cognitive
- Groups function as teaching vehicles, process and support groups for workshop participants
Level 1 – Basic skills training
- Participants will develop a basic working understanding of the skills
- They will be able to use and apply the skills in a variety of life situations
Level 2 – Skills mastery
- Participants will build upon the level 1 understanding to develop greater proficiency in the use of the techniques
- They will have a more solid base upon which to apply the techniques in increasingly difficult and challenging situations
Level 3 – Co-facilitator preparation
- Participants who successfully complete this level will be ready to function as co-facilitators in level 1 or level 2 workshops, as well as in on-going Transformational Communication mentoring/support groups
Level 4 –Facilitator training
- This level prepares trainers to facilitate workshops and groups at Levels 1 & 2
- Facilitators may offer their services through the Institute, as part of other groups and organizations, or independently
- This is a practical and cost-effective solution for groups and organizations that want to replicate the programs internally
