Latino Community Leadership Program (Programa latino para liderazgo comunitario - PLLC)
- Empowerment is essential to enable the burgeoning Latino population to attain a meaningful and productive participation in American society
- The PLLC takes Latino leaders through a culturally relevant series of workshops designed to take participants through levels 1, 2 & 3 of Transformational Communications skills training
- Workshops are given in Spanish
- Participants will learn how to create empowering relationships in their families, at work and in the community.
- The workshops provide participants the opportunity to explore from a personal standpoint the impact of cultural issues – stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, autocratic behavior, degree of assimilation – upon themselves, their families and communities
Community leadership program (CLP)

- The PLLP takes community leaders through a culturally relevant series of workshops designed to take participants through levels 1, 2 & 3 of Transformational Communications skills training
- Participants will learn how to create empowering relationships in their families, at work and in the community.
