The Institute for Transformational Communication (ITC) was established to help clients learn the skills with which they can develop empowering relationships - at work, at home and in the community.

We have developed a series of workshops, programs and educational materials to help clients learn how to use the Transformational Communication Skillset® in their daily lives. Each of these incorporates the cognitive/experiential learning process which our clients have found so effective in creating deep and meaningful change. This culturally appropriate learning model can be tailored to meet the needs of different client groups - private individuals, community based organizations (CBO's), government agencies and private sector corporations.

Our ongoing objective is to develop a network of services, resources and practitioners to promote the use of these skills worldwide.

We forsee a world in which all people will have the tools to communicate with one another in a transformational and empowering manner.
